Programation Intern involve, among others:
- Data analysis
- Creation of ad hoc reports
- Creation/adjustment of macros to simplify HRS processes
- Process modeling
- Support in the automation of HR master data and contract management processes
- Development of electronic forms in HCL Leap
- Takeover of additional taks when required

Requirements

- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced Macros and programming in Visual Basic
- Experience working with Excel databases
- Highly independent and systematic work approach
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Ability to work with comprehensive reports
- Strong results orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation
- Stress tolerance and resilience
- Interaction with the Process Architect and Head of International Process Management
- Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
