About AirOps

the client product is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.

Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

AirOps Offsite is a brand new product (started in 2026) for AirOps out of the Strategy & New Verticals arm of the company. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an early stage department within a fast growing AI tech startup.

How the product works

the product is a fully managed agentic solution and service that helps brands get cited in AI-generated search answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). We identify third-party publishers used most frequently by AI as sources (citations) where a client’s brand has not yet been mentioned (examples include blog sites, review sites, media outlets, etc.). We then send emails to those publishers, negotiate and place the brand mention, and track whether those placements improve the client's AI search visibility.

You'll be one of the early dedicated Partner Coordinators on Offsite -- which means there's not much of an established playbook and we’re learning as we go. You'll be building the process together with this early team, adapting alongside a product that’s in the very early stages of being built, and what you create will become the foundation for how this scales.

  • Our tech identifies relevant prompts and AI citations (sources) where the client has not yet been mentioned
  • Our tech finds publisher contacts and runs outbound email to negotiate placements
  • We deliver an agreed upon number of placement opportunities per month to the client
  • A placement is a pre-negotiated opportunity with a publisher where they’ve agreed to mention the brand in their article for a price (usually $200 avg).
  • Clients review and approve placement opportunities that fail “auto-approval” criteria (above a certain price or below a certain domain authority). Our services team executes on opportunities that meet auto-approval criteria (you’ll work in partnership with our publisher coordinator team).
  • We track placements and report on AI visibility gains over time to the client

About the Role

We’re hiring a reliable remote coordinator to manage hundreds of weekly inbound collaboration requests for multiple brands (likely 5-10+ per coordinator). This role involves reviewing partnership inquiries via email, researching companies and articles, negotiating pricing, updating spreadsheets, using AI to drive efficiency in your tasks, and reporting clear metrics back to our team.

This is a process-driven, execution-focused role that has a high impact on huge brands like Airbnb, Spotify, Upwork, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Email Management & Research

  • Respond to a high volume of collaboration emails daily.
  • Review company websites, articles, and proposals to determine if they meet our partnership criteria.

Negotiation

  • Communicate with potential partners to negotiate collaboration pricing.
  • Aim to secure partnerships at the lowest possible cost while meeting quality standards.
  • Track negotiation status (secured, pending, declined).

Data Entry & Tracking

  • Manually enter and update collaboration details into client-specific Google Sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records for each brand and campaign.

Reporting

  • Share regular high-level summaries with the team, including:
  • Number of collaborations secured per brand
  • Number of negotiations currently pending
  • Number of brands categorized as “Category B” (borderline fit)
  • Provide brief written recommendations based on research (e.g., whether we should move forward with Category B brands).

Required Skills

  • Strong written English (email communication is critical).
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Advanced research skills (reviewing websites, articles, and company information).
  • Confident and professional in written negotiation (sales experience).
  • Highly organized and responsive.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in partnerships, PR, SEO, or marketing
