About the Role:

Plugg Technologies is partnering with a client in Canada to hire a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across creative, marketing, and operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from kickoff to delivery across multiple teams.

- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, marketers, and operations teams.

- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Communicate updates and align expectations across teams.

- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

- Based in Mexico (mandatory).

- Advanced English (C1/C2) – must be comfortable leading meetings with international teams.

- 3+ years of experience in project management.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments.

- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

- Experience working with remote or international teams.
