About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi-site smart building deployments across the Americas.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience. You will own project execution end-to-end — ensuring timelines are met, budgets are controlled, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project schedules, aligning internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Own project scope, budget tracking, and risk management — escalating early when needed.
• Lead recurring status meetings and maintain RAID logs.
• Coordinate vendor execution, materials logistics, and installation readiness.
• Ensure commissioning requirements and documentation SLAs are consistently met.
• Manage change requests and control scope deviations.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between customers, field teams, engineering, and leadership.
• Drive operational discipline through standardized project governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within field services, building technologies, energy, construction tech, or infrastructure deployments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Financial acumen — comfortable tracking budgets, validating milestones, and understanding cost impacts.
• Advanced English (required). Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-directed and highly accountable in remote environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with distributed field teams or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with smart building ecosystems, HVAC controls, EMS/BMS platforms, or IoT deployments.
