About the Role
We are seeking a Product Knowledge & Documentation Lead to own and scale product knowledge operations across our FinTech SaaS platform. Built on AWS, our platform helps enterprises detect cash leakage, fraud, and compliance risks through continuous spend monitoring.
This role will serve as the central owner of product knowledge systems, documentation strategy, and information architecture across the organization. You will transform fragmented technical and operational knowledge into a scalable, trusted, AI-enabled source of truth for internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the documentation strategy and product knowledge architecture across the organization
- Investigate system behavior (Python code, APIs, logs, AWS architecture) to document workflows, integrations, and edge cases
- Consolidate and maintain a centralized source of truth in platforms like Confluence or Notion, eliminating duplicates and outdated content
- Create technical and user-facing documentation: guides, FAQs, playbooks, release notes, flow diagrams, and onboarding materials
- Implement AI-assisted documentation workflows to improve speed, consistency, and discoverability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, CS, and Operations to close knowledge gaps and keep documentation aligned with each release
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret Python code and APIs to understand system behavior
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, AWS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and SaaS platform architecture
- Proven experience creating technical documentation and knowledge management systems in SaaS or cloud environments
- Experience with platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Guru, or similar
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for documentation purposes
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech, fraud detection, compliance, or spend management
- Experience establishing documentation governance, lifecycle management, and content quality standards
- Familiarity with semantic search, documentation discovery, or AI-enabled knowledge management platforms
