Data Engineer

I’m helping Code Healers LLC find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Data Engineer.

You'll build impactful data pipelines, solving complex problems across diverse projects and industries.

Compensation:

USD 2K - 3K/month

We are hiring several Data Engineers for upcoming remote projects.

This role is for people who know how to work with data, solve problems, communicate clearly, and deliver results.

We are especially interested in speaking with engineers who may not have had a traditional career path.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of professional Data Engineering experience.

* C2 English level (mandatory) — strong spoken and written communication skills.

* Basic to intermediate Data Engineering skills.

* Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines.

* Understanding of SQL and relational databases.

* Experience working with ETL / ELT processes.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

* Comfortable learning and working across different projects and industries.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong ownership and accountability.

* Ability to collaborate directly with clients and distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain data pipelines and data workflows.

* Collect, transform, and organize data from different sources.

* Support data integration and reporting needs.

* Monitor and improve data quality and performance.

* Debug and maintain existing data infrastructure.

* Participate in technical discussions and solution design.

* Communicate clearly with stakeholders and project teams.

* Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

* Support successful project delivery from planning to production.

Compensation:

* Remote.

* $2,000–$3,000 USD / month.
