Bosalpim has gone through 7–8 pivots since inception. We evolved from a senior care service (Bosalpim) → a caregiver matching platform (Care Partner) → middle-aged vocational training (Care Academy), reaching annual profitability in 2025 with ~20% MoM revenue growth and strong customer satisfaction.
A 12-person team is now building the growth engine where Care Academy (middle-aged vocational training) and Care Partner (middle-aged career platform) compound together.
Our vision: become the dominant platform for middle-aged vocational education in 3–5 years, expand into the broader middle-aged lifestyle category in 5–10 years, and build a company that endures and grows for the next 100 years.

The flexibility of remote work arrangements was a significant plus.

While leadership is supportive in principle, clearer communication on strategic shifts and resource allocation would be beneficial for everyone on the front lines. Pay and benefits are decent but not standout in the competitive tech industry.
