Summary
The primary duties of the contract
Program Manager(PM) are to ensure continuous contract compliance, customer satisfaction, timely delivery of services, and high-quality performance. This is accomplished by exercising leadership, resource management including staffing levels, and continuous interface with customer stakeholders as designated by contract.
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous interface with technical and contractual US Government officials as designated by contract.
- Maintain staffing levels sufficient to deliver uninterrupted services to include surge requirements and additional planned and unplanned events.
- Ensure personnel are qualified, trained, and properly uniformed and equipped to perform required services.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion and submittal of reports to internal and external (customer) officials pursuant to contract requirements.
- Ensure personnel are provided with clear instructions, job duties and responsibilities.
- Manage an employee population to ensure optimal performance and adherence to organizational standards of conduct, quality, industrial security and ethics.
- Facilitate investigations of wrongdoing and administer disciplinary action when needed.
- Ensure prompt notification to internal and external (customer) stakeholders of incidents and emergencies pursuant to contract requirements.

Qualifications
- Extensive supervisory experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization
- Must have a valid US driver’s license
- Must have a valid US Passport
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work on projects independently and as a team player
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Strong working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
