Job Overview
We are looking for a
Full Stack Lead Engineer to join a fast-growing SaaS company developing a high-traffic enterprise platform powered by AI.
In this role, you will work on building scalable systems, developing new product features, and improving real-time processing infrastructure. You will collaborate with a global engineering team and contribute to architectural decisions and development standards while leading complex technical initiatives.
This role is ideal for engineers who want to work on large-scale systems, modern cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable infrastructure to support high-volume enterprise clients
- Build new product features aligned with the product roadmap
- Implement features based on customer-driven requirements
- Improve performance and scalability of high-traffic systems
- Participate in architecture design and system modernization
- Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and best practices
- Collaborate with a multicultural engineering team in a global development environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience using TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python
- Experience with JavaScript development
- Full-stack development experience (frontend and backend)
- Experience delivering projects independently from specification to release
- Code review experience
- Experience implementing test code and improving software quality
- REST API design experience
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
