職務内容
- Lead frontend development for transportation management web applications
- Develop and enhance mobile frontend applications used across logistics operations
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver integrated solutions
- Analyze and improve existing codebases for maintainability and performance
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience
- Conduct code reviews and participate in testing activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to development initiatives
- Contribute to system enhancements supporting transportation and last-mile delivery operations
理想の人材
- 5+ years of application development experience using Java
- Hands-on experience developing applications with React
- Strong ability to understand, analyze, and work with existing codebases
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional engineering teams
- Ability to independently drive tasks and proactively solve problems
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 800+)
- Japanese language skills are not required
