Job Description
You will participate in system development projects across a wide range of industries, including:
- Manufacturing
- Telecommunications
- Finance
- Distribution
- Government and public sector
The company follows a
local-first policy, focusing mainly on projects with local companies.
There is an
in-house development center, where you will work on contracted projects.
You will belong to a specialized technical team rather than a typical on-site staffing model, allowing you to gain
specialized skills while receiving continuous training.
Key Responsibilities
- System requirements definition and design (upstream processes)
- System implementation and testing (downstream processes)
Projects are assigned based on your experience, preferences, and career goals.
Projects are primarily with local companies.
Development Environment
- OS: Windows, Linux, Unix
- Languages: VB, VC++, C#, Java, .NET, SQL
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MS SQL Server, MS Access
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of development experience
- Japanese communication skills required for business (daily conversation level or above)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Hands-on system development experience
- Experience as an IT Architect, Project Leader (PL), or Project Manager (PM)
- Experience at a staffing or system development company
- Coding experience (especially 3+ years)
- Java / C / Python development experience is highly preferred
