You will help run and support customer‑facing systems that are built on Kubernetes. Your main work will include monitoring systems, responding to alerts, and fixing issues when they happen. You'll work closely with development teams to answer questions and support releases.
You'll also manage operating system and middleware upgrades, plan and run load and failure tests, and look for performance issues or bottlenecks. In addition, you'll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, create clear operational procedures, and suggest improvements to make systems more stable and efficient.
The role also encourages using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Gemini to improve day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
