Pros: My team was awesome; really smart people to work with, great for engineering roles. The SaaS platform we built for restaurants is actually useful. I also liked the hybrid work model; it gave me some freedom.
Cons: Some managers micromanage way too much, which makes it tough to feel trusted. Communication from leadership isn't always clear, creating confusion sometimes. It felt like top-level decisions came out of nowhere.
Advice to Management: Trust your engineering teams more and let them own their work. Clearer communication from senior leadership would really help everyone.
