Cons: The "hybrid" model isn't very flexible with choosing your WFH days. It feels a bit mandated, not truly flexible. Some teams are still 100% onsite, which makes cross-department work tricky sometimes.
Advice to Management: Give teams more autonomy on their WFH schedules. Real flexibility would make a huge difference, especially for those in general corporate roles like ours.
