Job Description:
- Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
- Keeping the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.
- Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal.
- Liase with supplier/ vendor/ contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior
- Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date
- Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor and contractor
- Communicate with client/ owner/ end use effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement.
- Plan, coordinate and compile engineering design work with client/ designer/ consultant/ contractor
- Engineering drawing preparation
- Prepare site progress report as per project requirement.
- Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work
- Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.
- Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company
- SOPs as well as external regulations and laws
- Prepare handover documents once the project completion.
Job Requirements:
- Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably more than 2 years & above in construction line working experience
- Have experience in project sites
- Able to work with minimum supervision
