Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage reservations and assist with efficient table allocation.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Provide information on menu items, daily specials, promotions, and beverages.
- Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations regarding food and drinks.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Cooperate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and hostess station.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling where applicable.
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage, but not required.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
