We're looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our fast-growing interior design & build company. This is an excellent opportunity to work on restaurants, retail outlets, offices, hospitality, and other commercial projects while growing your career with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, suppliers, and contractors throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure design quality and project progress.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials that align with project objectives and budgets.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, technical requirements, and construction standards.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of interior design experience (Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
- Good presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
