We are looking for a hands-on, customer-oriented Outlet Supervisor to lead our arcade outlet and manage a team of frontline staff. If you enjoy working with people in a fun and fast-paced environment, and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
The Supervisor will be based at the new outlet, Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of frontline arcade staff.
- Prepare and plan staff duty rosters and manage daily manpower arrangements.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, safe, and operating smoothly at all times.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure arcade machines, games, and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Oversee cash handling, daily sales closing, and basic inventory control.
- Support outlet promotions, events, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shopping mall requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification, preferably Diploma.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, entertainment, F&B, or customer service operations.
- Experience leading a small team of frontline staff.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
