Job Description
- Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programs.
- Liaise with consultants and coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the project.
- Conduct inspections and checking on works.
- Ensure and control the quality of work done and comply with specifications or requirement.
- Ensure the contractors and workers working in safe conditions or environment.
- Control the materials use or supply with minimum wastage.
- Record the site activities daily.
Job Requirement
- Applicant must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in renovation/construction work.
- Able to work under pressure, stay over night at site, self initiative, reliable and committed.
- Preferably Male candidate and possess own transport, able to go outstation with short notice.
