We're looking for an energetic, commercial-minded Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen dealer networks across the Northern Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage key dealers and retail accounts
- Improve floor share, displays and POSM execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Executive promotions, launches and trade campaigns
- Train retail staff and promoters on product knowledge
- Oversee dealer credit standings and collections
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience ( CE, HA, FMCG or retail preferred )
- Strong knowledge of Northern Region dealer networks
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Hokkien
- Willing to travel frequently
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills
- Independent, driven and proactive
- Valid driving license
