Job Position : Store Keeper
1. Inventory Recording & Issuance Control
- Responsible for recording all incoming and outgoing spare parts in the store
- Maintain and update records daily using Excel
- All item issuance must be supported by completed issuance form & Photo evidence (including person and item)
2.Fuel Management (Oil Control)
- Perform daily checks on fuel levels (including skid tank, etc.)
- Ensure actual fuel levels match Excel records
- Any discrepancies must be reported immediately with proper documentation
3. Equipment & Construction Materials Management
3.1 Responsible for managing all construction-related items in the store, including:
- Machines
- Water pipes
- Covers and other accessories
- Must have clear knowledge of:
- Quantity of equipment
- Condition (Good / Damaged)
3.2 Usage & Maintenance Control:
- All item usage must be recorded with photo evidence
- Record user, purpose, and time of usage
- Damaged equipment must be:
- Sent for repair promptly
- Properly recorded (sent out & returned status)
3.3 Special Requirements:
- Plan and record machines required for next-day usage
- Record all parts and materials used for lorry repairs
4. Stock Take & Organization
- Ensure: Physical stock matches records & Proper organization and arrangement
- Any discrepancies must be investigated and reported immediately
5. Daily Store Inspection & Monitoring
5.1 Daily tasks must include:
At the start of work:
Photo Documentation Requirements (Store Coverage)
Capture photos covering the entire store area, including:
- Store Rooms:
Container 1:
- Cat (Equipment)
- Chemicals
- Welding materials
Container 2:
- Spare parts
Container 3:
- Lorry springs
- Coolant
- Grease
- Roller machines
Container 5 & 6
- Material (example: piping and others)
Container 7
- Open store construction
- Skid tank fuel meter
- All store and workshop areas (including stored materials and surrounding areas)
Before end of work:
Same as the tasks at the start of work
** Ensure:
- Store condition is consistent with no abnormalities
- All records are complete, accurate, and traceable
6. Work Requirements & Responsibilities
- All records must be: Accurate, Timely & Without omission or delay
- Any issues must be reported proactively
- Must maintain a high level of responsibility to ensure the transparency and security of the company's assets
