Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and codes
- Detect and resolve clashes and coordination issues
- Update models based on design changes and site feedback
- Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation when required
- Maintain organized model files and drawing revisions
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revit / BIM Modeller
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
