Main purpose/objectives of role:
- Achieve individual sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts.
- Support the sales team in achieving departmental revenue goals.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities and market feedback.
Main activities/responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities in line with company strategy.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships.
- Monitor customer credit status and coordinate with finance for prompt collections.
- Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report customer feedback, competitor activities and market trends to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events when required.
- To support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015

Qualifications and experience required:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered).
- Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage).
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel and work under pressure to meet targets.
