Job Position : Site Engineer (Infra)
Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and coordination of construction machinery on site. Ensure all equipment (e.g. excavators, JCB, lorries, bulldozers, compactor, tractor) is used efficiently, safely, and in line with project requirements.
Internship / Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
** May require to work night shift **
Coordination & Supervision
- Ensure all works are carried out based on established procedures, contract requirements and specifications
- Managing site-related matters including site work arrangement, leading site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work safely, and arranging necessary meetings and discussions to update and resolve site issues.
- Attend project meetings and progress reporting
- Liaise with Client/Architect/Consultant on-site technical matters
Machinery & Equipment Management
- Plan and coordinate daily usage of construction machinery
- Monitor machine productivity and utilization
- Ensure proper allocation of equipment to site activities
- Track machine movements and deployment
Maintenance & Repairs
- Schedule preventive maintenance for all machinery
- Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot breakdowns
- Liaise with mechanics, suppliers, and rental companies
- Maintain maintenance records and service logs
