JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum SPM
- Preferably those specializing in Property/Real Estate industry or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Work well under pressure and highly motivated
- Must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
- Results-oriented and outgoing sales personnel with high active in social media.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to be on duty on weekends and public holiday.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Attend to all sales inquiries, provide property information, and handle after-sales services, including loan applications.
- Support direct marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches to promote projects and generate leads.
- To arrange and accompany customer for viewing.
- Identify potential buyers, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating and closing of sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time
