Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orientation session, meetings, and taking dictation and minutes.
- Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave trends).
- Prepare HR communications, decks, and meeting materials.
- Support overall HR department on special project assignment.
Project Contribution:
- Support with planning and actively involved in execution of year.
- Assist with HR-related digital improvement project.
- Assist with survey preparation and analysis for HR department.
- Support in employer branding project.
