PRISM+ is hiring Part-Time Event Admin to help us to during the upcoming event at Aeon Tebrau Mall from 16 - 21 June 2026 (Tuesday - Sunday).
Event Dates: Tuesday - Sunday, 16 to 21 June 2026
Event Time: 10:00am - 10:00pm
Salary: RM100/day
Responsibilities
- Input customer and event details into Airtable using the provided laptop.
- Submit and update records promptly during the event.
- Prepare collection papers and obtain customer signatures upon product collection.
- Ensure all forms are properly marked, signed, and filed.
- Take photos as proof of customer collection.
- Malaysians, 18 years old and above
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / Airtable).
- Comfortable with paperwork and simple admin tasks.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Available for the event duration.
