Factory Supervisor

Location: Westport, Port Klang

Job Overview: 

• As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from managing the processing line to ensuring the highest quality of the final product. You will lead and inspire a team of over 10 employees, working together to meet production demands efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Efficiently manage the flow of the processing line, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the excellence of our final products.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of more than 10 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular production reports to the head office, providing insights into production progress and addressing any challenges.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to synchronize the delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products.
• Production Planning: Work closely with the production planning team to align production schedules with market demand and inventory levels.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
