Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Salary: From RM2,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Location: Kulai, Johor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
- Experience in high-rise building construction is preferred.
- Experience supervising site workers, including foreign workers.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and ensure project deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities and workforce for TNB projects, including electrical cabling works, maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Ensure site progress is carried out according to project planning and schedule.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports using the ERP system.
- Arrange and coordinate site teams before deployment to work sites.
- Communicate and coordinate work arrangements with clients.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
