Job Responsibilities
- Compile and process online sales orders for packing and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate packing of customer orders.
- Record and maintain accurate online sales records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing of sales documents and related records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and accurately.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Part-time students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
