About the role
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Generate new leads through outreach and networking.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in your assigned area.
- Provide personalized support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
- Work with other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in Sales Representatives/Consultants from similar Industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Relevant sales, marketing, or related certifications are a plus.
