As part of our expansion, we are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager (Hunter) to drive new business growth in Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

Corporate Sales Manager (Hunter) – Penang / Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM7,000 (based on experience and proven track record)
- Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission
- Sales Incentives: Monthly / quarterly incentives for overachievement
- Potential Total Earnings: RM8,000 – RM25,000+ depending on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition (hunter role – primary focus)
- Identify, approach, and close SME and corporate clients
- Conduct proactive cold calling, business visits, and corporate presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (self-generated leads required)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales reporting
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B / corporate sales
- Strong proven track record in new business development (hunter mindset is essential)
- Experience in fintech, e-wallet, SaaS, banking, telco, or payment solutions is an advantage
- Aggressive, target-driven, and highly self-motivated personality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Own transport required for client visits
