Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube.
- Create engaging marketing content that attracts potential customers and increases brand awareness.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and video campaigns.
- Capture project progress, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and company activities.
Digital Marketing
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate leads through video content.
- Optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Manage posting schedules and content calendars.
Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance and audience engagement.
- Continuously improve content strategies based on data and results.
What You'll Be Responsible For

Requirements
- Experience in video shooting and editing.
- Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a bonus.
- Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or property-related content is an advantage.
