As Manufacturing Process Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specific tools on a manufacturing production or NPI line. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and collaborate effectively. You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, flexibility, creative problem solving, exemplary communication skills and an ability to think on their feet. Communicates with engineers and technical specialist regarding sputter metrology tools measurement results and calibration procedure. Able to revise any documents changes regarding sputter metrology tools.
Regular Responsibilities
- Lead shift technicians to carry out daily shift work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sputter instrumentation issues.
- Maintain and update sputter instrument documentation including standard work procedures, process specifications, etc.
- Facilitate small process improvement projects through collection and analyzing data and monitoring engineering trials.
- Entering and compiling data relating to metrology measurement.
- Training in the functions of the new project launches.
- Always adhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
- Carry out periodic samples housekeeping & other tasks assigned by Engineer.
- Comply and support EHS policy. Participating in company activities such as IMS, 6S, RBA, BCMS etc.
