JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Assist IT Manager on troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
- Provide orientation to new users of existing technologies.
- Assist IT Manager on control the computer system budgets and expenditure.
- Assist IT Manager on setup and support for CCTV system for admin department.
- Assist IT Manager to ensure all IT hardware are dismantled and secured prior to authorize disposal.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information and trends to identify potential issues or requirement for improvement or upgrade.
- Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Sound understanding of computer systems (software/hardware), networks etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma in information technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
