Job Description
-Lead the delivery of warm, thoughtful, and professional customer experiences in line with Japanese Omotenashi hospitality standards
-Guide and mentor the team in assisting customer with product selections across various stages of customer journey
-Drive continuous team development through coaching, roleplay facilitation, and sales/service training initiatives
-Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, operational excellence, and maintaining a premium and welcoming store environment
-Plan, coordinate, and lead participation in expos, roadshows, and brand-led events to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities
-Support brand growth initiatives by strengthening relationships with corporate partners and ensuring consistent brand representation
-Execute and monitor sales strategies to achieve individual, team, and store performance targets while fostering a high-performing team culture.
â– MUST TO HAVE:
-Minimum 3 years of leading experience in the retail, hospitality, bridal, or luxury service industry
-Strong leadership with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate team members to achieve service and sales excellence
-Excellent customer service and consultation skills with a strong Customer-Focused mindset
-Warm, caring, and professional personality with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
-Positive attitude, strong teamwork mindset, and ability to foster a collaborative working environment
-Proven ability to track, manage, and achieve individual and team sales targets
-Proficient in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
