Responsibilities:
- Manage various aspects of insolvency administration assignments such as liquidation, receivership and corporate voluntary arrangements. .
- Prepare proposals, presentations and reports. .
- Liaise with external parties such as bankers, solicitors, creditors, debtors, directors and statutory bodies.
- Conduct financial reviews and participate in negotiations.
- Convene and attend meetings with various stakeholders in the normal conduct of a receivership and/or liquidation administration.
- Develop and implement engagement planning, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Review work performed by Associates/Senior Consultants, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal presentations.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Law or professional qualifications in ICAEW/ACCA/ CPA Australia /MICPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Great interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management, and operate well within a team environment.
