Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- SPM or its equivalent
- Basic communication skill / able to understand instruction
- Able to read, write and count
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
- Maintain hygiene and personal skills.
- Ability to operate machinery and use basic tools
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking & dedicated
- Willingness to work weekends, or overtime as needed
