What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Oversee general office administration tasks, such as filing, document management, and procurement of supplies
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaged, and productive work environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
