Job Description :
- Handle daily shipping and logistics operations
- Prepare shipping and export/import documents
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transporters
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery status
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Assist with inventory and stock coordination
- Support general administrative and office duties
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines
Job Requirements:
- Chinese Female
- Responsible and disciplined
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- Experience in shipping/logistics will be an added advantage
