Job Description
CT Nexus is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Assistant to ensure all food products meet company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in production areas
- Record quality inspection results and prepare simple reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformance
- Assist in maintaining proper storage and handling procedures
- Work closely with production team to improve product quality
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Good attention to detail and responsibility
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in food manufacturing or QC is an advantage
- Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience
