PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support manufacturing, qual and engineering improvement including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities.
- Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
- Support customer return evaluation (RMA).
- Dispose production low yield lots, verify rejects, and study/fix the root cause.
- Product bench test verification.
- FA support by doing ATE and bench analysis for fault isolation.
- Bench board construction and debugging.
- Test hardware development and troubleshooting
