Job Responsibilities:
- To request quotation from suppliers/sub-contractor and evaluate the proposal as well as negotiate terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
- Implementing all aspects of QS services from Pre to Post Contract including submission of progress claim, variation order and completion of Final Account
- To manage and co-ordinate projects related contractual matters.
- Supervise on-site works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and achieve quality aspect.
- Work closely with main-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe.
- Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.).
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Quantity Surveyor's capability.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in construction industry or relevant field.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Project Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good knowledge about Facade work.
