Sales Executive
Job Summary
Drive business growth by promoting and selling ERP and software solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ERP, cloud, and software solutions to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities and conduct product presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the software industry, or at least 1 year in ERP sales
- Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer-oriented mindset with passion for technology solutions
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage
