Qualifications & experience
- STPM / Diploma graduates / Degree
- Fluent in English, Chinese (advantage) and Bahasa and able to write well in English.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and Words confidently.
- Lighting sales experience will be an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Dialux or other lighting design software / Project management experience will be a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Address walk-in customers' lighting needs & regular interior designers enquiries.
- Handle customers' enquiries, received via email, WhatsApp and phone.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations sent.
- Generate sales pipeline and follow up sales leads, ensuring timely communication to track prospects from initial contact to closed sale.
- Deliver excellent sales and after sales service to customers.
- Timely response to customer enquiries and feedbacks.
- Promote company products to existing customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
- Manage payment collections from own customers in accordance with The Company terms.
