Intermediate Interior Designer Consultant

Job Scopes : -

1. Ensure designs and drawings comply with regulations and quality standards
2. Able to adhere to schedule given
3. Prepare mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.
4. Propose design solutions that prioritise functionality, space efficiency, and aesthetics.
5. Work with project team to ensure design intent is delivered accurately.
6. Attend client consultant and site meetings to monitor progress and verify that workmanship aligns with design plans.
7. Any others responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements : -

1. At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup or other drafting and modeling software
3. Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision
5. Have good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing
6. Applicant must possess own transport and willing to travel when required
7. Possess strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and result-oriented
