Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately key in and maintain merchant profile data in the system
- Review and verify merchant information to ensure data integrity
- Process and issue tickets for merchant termination requests
- Monitor and follow up on ticket status to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Follow up on group chat status updates and ensure all tickets are actively monitored and tracked until closure
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in any related field
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability
- Able to understand, follow, and execute instructions with accuracy
