Responsibilities
- Design and develop adult learning programmes aligned with DACE and industry requirements
- Prepare course materials including lesson plans, assessments, training content, and supporting resources
- Manage and support SSG funding submissions, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and requirements
- Review and enhance existing courses to ensure relevance, quality, and regulatory alignment
- Work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions
- Support implementation and maintenance of e-learning content and learning management systems (LMS)
- Monitor course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes
- Stay updated on changes in SSG frameworks, adult learning practices, and industry developments
Requirements
- DACE certification or equivalent qualification in adult education or instructional design
- Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development, course design, or training programme development
- Good understanding of SSG funding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Familiar with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning environments
