Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide timely and professional support to customers and vendors through email, chat, and social media
• Assist with inquiries related to product listings, transactions, and platform usage
• Support customers with order tracking, returns, and issue resolution
• Assist vendors with registration, verification, store setup, product uploads, and shipping arrangements
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through online processes
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, finance, and technical support
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records within the system
• Stay updated with platform promotions, policies, and system updates
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback
• Handle multitasking responsibilities including customer care, sales support, process flow, and system testing

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• IT background is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English, or Malay
• Willingness to learn with strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or online platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media and online communication tools is a plus
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
