CSPM Sdn Bhd, an organization with over 40 years of experience in Mission Critical Power Systems and Data Centre Facilities, is seeking talented and experienced professionals for our Kota Damansara offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. Candidates with lower qualifications but possessing a minimum of 3 years of direct project field experience will be considered.
- Strong report writing and computer literacy skills (essential).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (advantageous).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site throughout project duration.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager to ensure all project work is executed in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Liaise with clients and manage teams of Sub-Contractors and Technicians to ensure successful project execution and completion.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
- Develop comprehensive site work plans and oversee scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
- Supervise work quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Attend project briefings and participate in site meetings.
- Respond promptly to urgent circumstances requiring immediate action, including emergency assignments.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project progress reports.
